Terms and Conditions

Volunteer Agreement: By registering as a volunteer at the Afro-CariBrant Festival, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.
Volunteer Responsibilities: Volunteers are expected to fulfill their assigned roles and duties to the best of their abilities and in accordance with the guidelines provided by the festival organizers.
Attendance and Punctuality: Volunteers must adhere to the designated schedules and timelines provided by the festival organizers and notify them promptly in case of any scheduling conflicts or emergencies.
Conduct and Professionalism: Volunteers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times and treat fellow volunteers, performers, attendees, and festival staff with respect and courtesy.
Confidentiality: Volunteers may have access to confidential information or proprietary materials related to the festival. They agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and refrain from disclosing it to third parties without authorization.
Safety and Well-being: Volunteers are responsible for ensuring their own safety and well-being during the festival. Any concerns or emergencies should be reported to festival staff immediately.
Use of Facilities and Equipment: Volunteers must use festival facilities and equipment responsibly and in accordance with instructions provided by festival staff. Any damage or misuse may result in liability for repair or replacement costs.
Indemnification: Volunteers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Afro-CariBrant Festival organizers, sponsors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in the festival.
Modification of Terms: The festival organizers reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to volunteers in a timely manner.
